Westport, Washington One Day Tuna Fishing Charter Rates

Our fleet consist of one, 42′ Defiance Pilothouse, and three 29′ Defiance Pilothouse boats. Our normal angler load is 6 per boat but we do offer limited load and ultra limited load trips. We accept parties of any size (up to 24 total, 6 per boat x 4 boats) and we’ll fill the other spaces to make a full boat. Trips depart at sunrise and are about 10 hours long, dock to dock.

42′ Defiance Pilothouse, 6 Anglers – Triple outboards, suspension seating, full-size head, and a SEAKEEPER Gyro-Stabilizer resulting in an ultra stable fishing platform, greatly reducing the possibility of seas-sickness, stumbling, or even falling.

29′ Defiance Pilothouse, 6 Anglers – Twin Outboards, Bench Seating, Sit-down Head or Bucket.

Rates don’t include:

• 8.9% sales tax
• Tuna Filleting (carking), $5.00 per tuna
• 15-20% Gratuity is appreciated.  Captain and deckhand split tips
• Fishing Licenses are available on the boats for $13 each (16 and older). We purchase fishing licenses for same parties of 6.

You Bring:

• Left hand retrieve reels if you require them
• Credit card for paying your balance
• Cash for gratuities and fish filleting
• WA State Saltwater or Combo Fishing License
• Head to toe quality rain gear and calf high rubber boots (Grundens and XtraTufs are the best)
• Food and Drink for the day preferably in a plastic grocery sack, we have a cooler on board

*DISCLAIMER…FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS…These are physically demanding, fast paced trips that require coordinated movements on a busy, moving deck amongst other anglers, while battling a powerful fish. These trips are not appropriate for people with balance, spine, neck, limb, or severe health issues, recent surgery, require canes, crutches, or disabled in any manner that would inhibit keeping up during the trip. Each angler should be capable of lifting over 50lbs repeatedly. Depending on the ocean conditions the ride to and from the tuna grounds can be bumpy with occasional harder bumps as you’d expect. Please make sure everyone in your party is suited for this trip.
